With a master’s degree in counselling psychology and psychotherapy from the University of Toronto, I bring a comprehensive and evidence-based approach to therapy. My approach is rooted in a client-centred, trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and collaborative framework.

Dr. Khadeeja Munawar

Psychologist

Dr. Khadeeja Munawar, PhD, C.Psych, is a registered clinical psychologist providing
psychological assessment services to adults, including assessment for Attention-
Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). She works with individuals presenting with concerns related to attention, executive functioning, emotional regulation, and functional difficulties
across work, academic, and daily life contexts.


Her assessment practice is informed by evidence-based models and professional standards and includes comprehensive clinical interviews, review of developmental and psychosocial history, use of standardized assessment measures, and evaluation of functional impairment.

Dr. Munawar emphasizes diagnostic clarity, differential diagnosis, and the provision of balanced, clinically supported conclusions. Assessment findings are communicated in clear, structured reports with practical recommendations to support treatment planning and accommodation considerations, where appropriate.

Dr. Chanelle Salonia

Psychologist


Dr. Chanelle Salonia C. Pysch (supervised practice), has worked in a variety of settings, including, not-for-profit community services, school boards, hospitals and correctional facilities.


Dr. Salonia works with adults with a variety of difficulties including, depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, life transitions, stress management, ADHD and offender treatment. She provides Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT) treatment and conducts psychological assessments, including forensic risk assessments for adults.


Dr. Salonia has extensive training in a variety of settings including, Correctional Services of Canada and Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre – anxiety disorders clinic.

Dr. Giorgio Ilacqua

Psychologist


Dr. Giorgio Ilacqua is a Registered Psychologist with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. He completed his doctoral degree with a
dissertation on chronic pain (headaches). He provides services to people involved in motor vehicle, bicycles and pedestrian accidents, injured workers, first responders, as well as people with major mental health challenges, substance use and traumatic experiences.


In his forensic practice he is assessing the psychological needs and future risk of people in trouble with the justice system, historical charges, sex offences, and mental health needs.


He also provides direct and supervising consulting services and developing psychological policies to not-for-profit organizations, Workers Compensation and Insurance Board, (WSIB), Ontario Revies Board (ORB), Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO), hospitals and rehabilitation companies. As well as providing expert opinions to the courts and child protecting agencies.

This consultation is to discuss what you’re looking for, and how we can help you! Owner/Registered Psychotherapist Khatiza will be your therapist match-maker, connecting you with a therapist that best suits your requirements and preferences!

1:1 One Hour Session

We offer weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly 1:1 sessions with our therapists. Our sessions and programs are personalized to your needs, to help you meet your specific goals. We use a variety of evidence-based modalities like CBT, DBT, Sex Therapy, Person-Centered, and more!

Couples Therapy

We offer both one hour and 90 minute couples counseling sessions. Our therapists are trained in the Gottman Method as well as other evidence-based modalities to help couples with their unique needs and goals!
